Recently a package had come to my apartment building, but was for an address several blocks away. A day or two later, the mail had just come, and I saw the package still sitting there. I grabbed my coat and went up the street for looking for the mailman. Right when I caught up with him, I noticed the package said FedEx — it would not have been delivered by the mailman. I told him the mistake, and he told me how to get to the address. As I walked in the direction of the address, I realized God probably had a reason for having me do this, and I needed to deliver it. It was the right thing to do. Soon I found I’d gone too far and had to backtrack. Just then, a FedEx truck was delivering a package to a house. I called out to the driver as he was on his way back to the truck. I told him I had a package that belonged to a nearby address. He looked at the package and said it had the wrong code number and that was why he had delivered it to my address by mistake. He happily said he would deliver it now. As I made my way home I thought, “What are the chances I would run into that driver right then?” I thought, undoubtedly, God is behind this! Not only did he get the package to the right person, but he helped the delivery person know what happened. It was a reminder that God is always with us, even in the seemingly small things!
